Located in the fisherman’s village of Tribunj, in the heart of Dalmatia, on a very steep and demanding site, surrounded by rough stony nature, all the challenges during the process of design and construction of the villa, have transformed into it’s biggest assets.

Its nested position on the hill, hugged by nature, offers complete privacy to enjoy alfresco dinning, barbeque & lounge area, and a private heated pool, as well as a beautiful view of the Tribunj marina, and yet it’s closeness to the beach (150m), and the village center with caffes and restaurants (250m) ensures that vibrating summer experience.

Comfortable for 10 people (plus 2 extra children under 10) – featuring free WIFI, floor heating and air-conditioning throughout the house (depending on the season)- it offers 5 bedrooms, (one on the ground floor, bed linen), 5 bathrooms (shower/tub, sink, toilette, hair-dryer, essencial-oil based soap/shower gel, towels), 2 kitchenettes (sink, water boiler, fridge, coffee machine, and laundry) as well as a fully equiped main kitchen (cooking stove, double sink, washing machine, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, oven, microwave, water boiler) with the breakfast bar (cofee-machine, toster, blender), dinning area, and a living room (TV with free Netflix and HBO), that functionally connect to the main outdoor living space.

The outdoor plateau is perfect for friends and family to gather around the pool (towels included), barbique and lounge area, but the house also offers 2 seperate terraces, where you can find your peace of shade during the day, or a peaceful spot in the evening.

Once you get here, and park your car in the private garage, you can choose to enjoy the house and its outdoor space, swimm in the pool with a counter-current swimming feature (pool towels included), and enjoy walking distance beach and local caffes and restaurants, or choose to explore the interresting surrounding heritage cities (Šibenik, Zadar, Split, Trogir), National and Nature parks (Krka, Paklenica, Kornati, Vrana), off-road olive plantations and vinyards, beautiful islands, and spice it all up with good food to make the experience whole.
